We invest great efforts in assignment study. This investment results in higher effectiveness for the coming stage. We raise written questions at assignment study stage. Some clients may find the questions helpful for them to make necessary assignment adjustment at the starting point of the recruitment.
When necessary, we provide clients with a detailed search progress report listing the organizations we searched into and candidates we haveapproached. Status of the searched organizations and approached candidates are also available in the report.
We believe executive search is not about CV-providing: picking someone from existing database. We stress "Fresh Search" for almost every assignment to ensure the coverage of the targeted talent pool.
Should a candidate leave or be terminated within the agreed guarantee period, we provide replacement service without additional service fee.
We normally respond our client with the first batch of candidates within two weeks. The response time may be much shorter for the assignments which we have similar repetitions.
All sensitive information about the client will be handled with strict confidentiality and the client identity will be released only when necessary and appropriate.
